The Industrial Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt is a heavy-duty industrial belt capable of withstanding and transporting materials under high temperature environments. It consists of a multi-layer structure where the core is made of cotton-rubber or polyester fabric, and both sides of the core are covered with special heat-resistant rubber and bonded through high-temperature vulcanization. This guarantees the belt retains its strength and durability when being exposed to a high temperature environment for a long time.

Operating conditions & maintenance recommendations:

Material temperature must not exceed 800 ℃, and the belt surface temperature should be below 220 ℃.

Wear of the belt should be checked regularly and the belt surface should be cleaned of debris.
