2. If the working space is limited and cannot be erected, the belt roll can be handled by the guide method, and the folding part should maintain a sufficiently large radius of curvature to avoid damaging the conveyor belt, and it is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects at the folding place.
3. For the initial installation of the annular Material Handling Conveyor Belts, the idler under the belt should be installed in order, then the belt should be laid to the conveyor, and the transmission roller, upper bracket idler and redirection roller should be installed in turn.
4. When replacing the conveyor belt, it is recommended to use the old belt connection method for simultaneous disassembly and installation, the horizontal running conveyor can cut off the old belt at any position, while the inclined running conveyor needs to carefully choose the cutting position to prevent the conveyor belt from losing control due to the sliding of its own weight.
