2. Curve Roller:

Curve rollers are typically composed of multiple rollers with gradually increasing diameters to ensure conveyor belt stability. Precisely designed and installed, curve rollers ensure smooth conveyor belt operation around curves.

3. Support Roller: 

A support roller is installed at the bottom of the conveyor belt, primarily supporting the conveyor belt and the material load. Support rollers are typically spaced apart to share the weight of the material and the tension of the conveyor belt, preventing deflection or wear from excessive belt loads.

4. Asymmetric Rollers: 

Asymmetric rollers are specially designed rollers with different diameters at both ends. This design creates a certain amount of friction during conveyor belt operation, thereby providing better material transfer. Asymmetric rollers are only suitable for applications where a certain amount of friction is required.

5. Buffer Rollers: 

Buffer rollers are primarily installed beneath the conveyor belt to mitigate the impact of materials. Typically made of soft material, they effectively absorb and mitigate material impact, thereby protecting the life of the conveyor belt and roller.
