1. The production of wire rope core conveyor belt joints: first, all the mesh wires of each lead must be cut, and the adhesive on the surface must be scraped off. The wire rope core conveyor belt at the root of the wire must be made into a slope with an angle grinder, about 100mm wide, and then polished 150mm outward along the slope to remove the surface of the original wire rope core conveyor belt and brush it. Use 120# gasoline to clean the steel wire and grinding surface.
